- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Congressional Quarterly, Inc. (CQ) to renew the online subscription licenses. CQ will provide a federal legislative tracking system that will have comprehensive and nonpartism news articles outlining the status of various congressional, administration, and stakeholder activities. Additionally, FHWA will be able to access multiple congressional committee schedules; legislative bills tracking services for continuous updates on variety of the bills progress. CQ is considered the only the source who can provide the renewal service for their company without interruption as the services are currently in place. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is March 11, 2010.
