Description
DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 11,918 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) of contiguous space on a single floor together with five (5) reserved parking spaces. TENANT:Social Security Administration. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of National City, CA: (Northern Border) Division Street; (Southern Border) Sweetwater Road / 30th Street, west to National City Boulevard south to 35th Street extended west to Interstate 5; (Eastern Border) Euclid Avenue; (Western Border) Interstate 5 south to Mile of Cars Way, west to 32nd Street, south ¼ mile then east to Interstate 5 then south intersecting the westerly extension of 35th Street. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide five reserved parking stalls on-site for the Government’s exclusive use.
