- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0024142935, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A510R0256. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Current approved sources of supply are GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY cage 99207 P/N 6057T32G04, DELAVAN INC cage 71895 P/N 6057T32G04, NSN 2915015666704, SPRAYBAR,MAIN,AIRCR. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 758 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The delivery location for this procurement is TRACY CA and the delivery requested is 185 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a NAVY CSI item and Production Lot Testing and Configuration Control Applies. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Progress payments may not be authorized for this procurement. The solicitation issue date is December 16, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
