- The purposes of this amendment are to post an answer to an additional question received and to extend the due date for quotations received. The due date and time for quotations is extended to Monday, March 1, 2010 at no later than 9:00am Eastern Time. Quotations must be received at barbara.brunstetter@nist.gov and joseph.widdup@nist.gov no later than that date and time. Question: Answer: The 2H channel capability must allow for 2H decoupling of perdeuterated samples. Therefore, this amendment replace the minimum specification of: Sensitivity: 2H ≥ 1500:1 (1% D2O/99% H2O) with Pulse width: 2H ≤ 300 µs (40 % ASTM dioxane/60 % benzene-d6 sample) END OF TEXT
