- 1) These items will not be use in the United States. Therefore Buy American Act does not apply to this solicitation. The following clauses are deleted from this solicitation: 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program; 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities; 52.247-64, Preference for Privately Owned U.S.-Flag Commercial Vessels. 2) Reference paragraph (vi) Description of the requirement is changed to read " Wrap-Around Sunglasses, frame is made of metallic finish, quality, unigender (for use by men or women), scratch-resistant lenses, rimmed, polarized, at least 100% UV/UVA protection rating, ideal for most outdoor activities. Color: Black. 3) Reference "INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS": Item b) is changed to read "detailed complete specifications of the glasses". Cases are not required and therefore deleted. 4) The quote submission deadline is NOT extended.
