This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (#R10PS6A016) as a request for quotations. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. Quotations in response to this solicitation are due by 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 11, 2010 MST. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS code is 331210. The small business size is 1000 employees.
