- RECOVERY - Channel Islands LiDAR - ARRA In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00013 awarded to Dewberry & Davis, LLC. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Task Order # G10PD00517, Dollar Value of This Action is $231,757.32 for planning, acquisition, processing and digital elevation modeling of lidar data to be collected for 200 total square miles. Period of Performance is no later than July 2, 2010. Place of Performance is five islands off the shore of the northern Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area; the islands included are San Miguel Island, Santa Rosa Island, Santa Cruz Island, Anacapa Island and Santa Barbara Island. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (TAS::14 0803::TAS ATN #NM0003B)
