- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and incidentals necessary for the construction of one home, in accordance with the solicitation documents. Project Location: 229 South 6th Street, Cyril, Oklahoma. From the 4-way stop in downtown Cyril go West to 6th Street and then South to 229 South 6th Street. Mobile home currently sits on the property. NAICS 236115, PSC Y161. Project Estimate is between $25,000 - $100,000. This project is being solicited and will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This project is not being set-a-side under the Buy Indian Act, but the successful contractor will be required to comply with DIAPR Clause 1452.226-70 and 1452.226-71, which requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
