J&A parts list The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) in considering awading a sole source purchase for TRANSAS Simulator components, attached is the Justification and Approval (J&A) form and the parts list. The USCG intends to use the service of Transas USA INC. for this procurement. Closing date and time for receipt of offers in 08, March 2010, 3:00 p.m., PST. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
