Description

RECOVERY TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY GOGA PMIS # 148293: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION 8(a) CERTIFIED PARTICIPATES AND WILL BE NEGOTIATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 19.8. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and expertise necessary to successfully complete the design-build of various pathways surrounding the "Great Meadow" at Fort Mason so that pathways are in compliance with the, "Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards of 2004" (ABAAS). Project location is Fort Mason, San Francisco, California, San Francisco County. This is a Request for Proposal and will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Contract performance time is 201 calendar days. The Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310, and the small business size standard is $33.5 million.
