- CLARIFICATION: PROPOSAL CONTENT Volume I: Section II Key Personnel 02 Pages per Individual Individual Resumes for each key personnel proposed must not exceed 2 pages per person. The resumes must contain at minimum the qualifications and experience of all personnel being proposed for the key labor categories identified. Resume entries shall detail specific skills and include separate entries for each position in which those skills were performed. A person cannot be proposed for more than one labor category. Each resume is limited to a total of two single-sided pages. Volume II:Section VI Price/Cost No Limit i. Include the attached price/cost Excel spreadsheet in hardcopy ii. Forward electronic copy of price/cost Excel spread sheet (not in PDF) directly to Phyllis.lewis@dhs.gov and Gina.Wheatley@dhs.gov At a minimum Price/Cost Proposal submissions must include the rates for labor categories and materials as specified in Attachment III of this RFP. Proposals shall be submitted utilizing the excel spreadsheet provided. The minimum requested labor categories and equipment packages should not be altered and shall be proposed as label. Contractor desiring to do so may submitt labor categories and materials in addition to those required by the RFP. The government is not obligated to consider any additional information provided above what is requested in the RFP. The deadline for Past Performance Questionaries has been extended to Monday March 1, 2010. This is the final deadline. Please send questionaries to Phyllis.lewis@dhs.gov and Gina.Wheatley@dhs.gov
