- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Merkel & Associates, Inc. GS-10-F-0060T ARRA-The Contractor shall complete an eelgrass survey to support the design of a dredged eelgrass mitigation site to be located in an area presently existing as an intertidal shoal principally derived from blows sand. Using the results of this eelgrass survey, an approximately two acre dredging template shall be defined for construction of an eelgrass mitigation site of adequate scale to meet mitigation needs for the Morro Bay Maintenance Dredging Project. Total Contract Dollar Amount $162,114.00 of which $75,000.00 ARRA Funds.
