- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Automated and Manual Test Stations (Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Suite). This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. The procurement will result in a firm fixed-price contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-10-T-0107 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334515 and has a size standard of 500 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center, 610 Dowell Street, Bldg 893, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. The closing date of the solicitation is 12 March 2010 by 4:30 P.M., Hawaii Standard Time. Offerors must be currently registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation, but not later than 3 days before closing date of the solicitation. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
