- ADDITIONAL SITE VISITS: Please note that the dates and times for 312 NSS and Chet Holified FB are different. 2ND SITE VISIT : Roybal FB HVAC at 9am PST on Monday March 1s, 2010. Location: 300 North Los Angeles, 4th floor suite 4300, Los Angeles, CA. 3RD SITE VISIT: 312 N. Spring Street at 1pm PST on Monday March 1st, 2010. Location: 312 North Spring Street, 10th floor GSA Office, Los Angeles, CA. 2ND SITE VISIT: Chet Holified FB at 9am PST on Tuesday March 2nd, 2010. Location: 24000 Avila Road, GSA Office Suite 4100, Laguna Niguel, CA. For Chet Holified Federal Building, questions due date is extended to March 3rd, 2010 at 12pm PST. Wood analysis for the Chet Holifield FB cooling tower is posted for information purposes only. Please see attachment. 2. GSA has performed asbestos surveys, and may perform additional testing prior to construction. Nonetheless if the Contractor suspects previously unidentified ACMs the Contractor should notify GSA and with GSA's concurrence may test for asbestos. If ACMs are detected GSA will reimburse the Contractor for the direct cost of reasonable testing as agreed when GSA approved the testing, and also GSA will be responsible for any necessary abatement (to be performed by a third party hired by GSA). If no ACMs are detected the Contractor is responsible for testing costs. 3. To include 312 NSS Mechanical drawings. This is a secure document, please email a complete copy of the document security agreement to thuy.ta@gsa.gov. And submit an explicited request for the package, authorization will be granted.
