- Amended solicitation as follows: 1.The due date for offers is extended to 12:00 Noon Pacific time on Monday March 1, 2010. This is in response to various requests and issues that have arisen. Any offeror who has submitted proposal documents need not resubmit, but all offerors may revise their offerors and/or submit additional material. We strongly suggest that offerors who have already submitted review their proposals for completeness against the solicitation requirements. We do not anticipate further extensions. We will consider offers for systems that meet the performance criteria specified but which might technically deviate in minor ways. Such systems must be functionally equivalent to what is specified. Such alternative offers must clearly itemize all points of deviation from the specifications. GSA reserves the right to decide what deviates excessively and to not consider such an alternative offer. We will not consider changes in terms of contractual terms and conditions, or alternative business methods (e.g., mandatory maintenance agreements, lease agreements, etc.). Offerors may submit both conforming and alternative offers, so long as all documents clearly indicate to which offer they apply.
