- Red River Army Depot has an urgent requirement for the following Digital X-Ray System and Supplies: * The industrial CR scanner shall be designed for use with imaging plates exposed to X-ray sources. It shall be capable of use with both soft and /or hard cassettes. It shall be capable of processing image plates up to 14 X 17 of any size and shape with or without Lead (Pb) screening. It shall be capable of a minimum throughput (cassettes/hr) of 27/hour at a 50m scan resolution and 54/hour at a 100m scan resolution for 14 X 17 size Image Plates. It shall provide superior quality images with high Signal to Noise ratio (S/N); highest system Class IP special in accordance with ASTM E2446. It shall be of a size and weight as to be transportable and be supplied with a specially designed carrying case for travel. * High Resolution Image Plate (IP)14 X 1720 each * High Resolution IP4.5 X 1010 each * High Resolution IP4.5 X 1715 each * IP Cleaning Solution with (no lint) cleaning clothes (manufacturer suggested) * One Year supply (minimum of 2 cases / boxes each) * IP Hard Cassette No front Pb / 0.006 Back Pb14 X 171 * IP Hard Cassette 0.0010 front Pb/0.006 Back Pb4.5 X 171 * IP Hard Cassette Open-Back14 X 171 * IP Adaptor4.5 X 102 * IP Adaptor4.5 X 172 This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside (less than 500 employees). NAICS Code: 334517 The award shall be made NLT COB 31 March 10. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor willbe required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation.
