- WASHINGTON DC WARD 7 SE ONLY – BUILDING OR OFFICE SPACE - SUITABLE FOR APPROXIMATELY 8.000 BOMA RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE WITHIN THE SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia, under the authority of the U.S. Government, seeks Letters of Interest for approximately 8,000 square feet of office space with separate ground level access. DELINEATED AREA: Washington, DC, bounded by the area described below (map available upon request): Sixth District area supporting these boundaries Southern Avenue on the SW side, East of the Anacostia River and North side of Good Hope Road and Naylor Road. Term consist of : Two (2) year term with options. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 12, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building; 2) a.pdf or AutoCAD drawing of the offered space; 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet; 4) Rental Square Feet offered; 5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet; 6) Number of parking spaces available on the premises; and 7) Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted.
