- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS PUBLISHED 17 FEB 2010. Blood donor testing services in support of three (3) Army (Forts Bragg, NC, and Gordon and Benning, GA) and two (2) Navy (Portsmouth, VA and Camp Lejeune, NC) Blood Donor Centers. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. The possible places or areas of performance and wage determinations that the contracting officer has already identified are: Chattanooga, TN--05-2491, Rev 7, 10/29/2009; Augusta, GA--05-2135, Rev 9, 01/20/2010; Charlotte, NC--05-2391, Rev 8, 11/02/2009; Fayettville, NC--05-2393, Rev 9, 05-26-2009; and Portsmouth, VA--05-2453, Rev 10, 05-26-2009. The contracting officer will obtain wage determinations for additional possible places of performance if asked to do so in writing. Offerors must notify the contracting officer (via fax or email) of additional places of performance not later than 4:00 PM Central Time on 4 March 2010. The U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determinations of possible places or areas of performance identified above can be downloaded from http://www.wdol.gov/sca.aspx#0. The anticipated contract period of performance is amended to have a 1-month start up period, a twelve (12) month base period and four one-year option periods. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE SOLICITATION TO BE POSTED PRIOR TO ASKING ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT. Telephone, emailed and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored; however, requests for additional possible places of performance will be accepted.
