- RECOVERY---- San Francisco Harbor and Bay, Outboard Engines, 27' Safe Boat, Sausalito, CA This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive Small Business, Request for Quotation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: 2010, SIC CODE: 5551, NAICS Code: 441222. The size standard for this code is $7,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, James Garror, at (415) 503-6988, FAX: No.: (415) 503-6694, e-mail James.E.Garror@usace.army.mil. Award Determination: This award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsive, responsible small business firm JOB Description: Remove existing outboard engines and controls from 27' SAFE Boat. Install 2 new 275hp 4 stroke 25" shaft counter rotating outboards including new controls and gauges appropriate for the engines. Test engines and controls. ORDERING SOLICITATION: This solicitation will be posted on this website only. All prospective vendors ARE REQUIRED to register at the Central Contractor Registration website @ www.ccr.gov, or an award cannot be made to the successful vendor/bidder. Before registering your company with CCR, please obtain the following FOUR pieces of information: 1. Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number provided by Dun and Bradstreet (D&B); 2. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Taxpayer Name used in Federal tax matters; 3. Statistical Information about your business; and 4. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information for payment of invoices. Specific details to the above four items are further explained at the CCR website.
