- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number OIG-10000-10-00028 is issued as a request for quotation. The NAICS is 713940. STATEMENT OF WORK: The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of Treasury Office of Inspector General, has a requirement for Gym Memberships for the following periods: Base year: Date of award - 09/30/2010 (Not to exceed 18 memeberships) Option Year 1: 10/01/2010-09/30/2011 (Not to exceed 20 memberships) Option Year 2: 10/01/2011-09/30/2012 (Not to exceed 22 memberships) Option Year 3: 10/01/2012-09/30/2013 (Not to exceed 24 memberships) Option Year 4: 10/01/2013-09/30/2014 (Not to exceed 26 memberships) The contractor shall provide a gym facility that has the following features: Located within a 3 block radius of 799 9th Street NW, Washington, DC Open 6am - 8pm Lockers/Showers Co-Ed Memberships Cardio Equipment Free Weights Weight Lifting Machinery/Equipment Circuit Weight Training Equipment Free Exercise Classes The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant low price. Offers are due by March 3, 2010 @ 2:00 P.M. EDT. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (2006), applies to this order.
