- Description
- The U.S. Government currently occupies 18,636 rentable square feet of office and related space at 505 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL under a lease that will expire June 15, 2010. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a one year extension using less than full and open competition procurement procedures, to preserve occupancy while long term requirements are developed. The Government will consider alternative locations if economically advantageous to the Government. Factors used in the evaluation, but not limited to, include all tenant improvements, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and agency's special requirements. The lease term will be one year with the Government having termination rights after the first 8 months, with 30 days written notice. For further information, please contact Patricia K.
