This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The approved source is NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION CAGE 76823. The government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options order against BOA N00383-06-G-032D. The letter solicitation will be issued on 11 March 2010 and close on 9 April 2010. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). DELIVERY: 438 DAYS after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 34 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: Origin.
