- PR IQC10053009038. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-246-6802, Case Infrared Equipment. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-0596, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 1 base year and 4 option years. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Only offers from Service Disabled Veterans will be considered.This is a part numbered item and the approved sources are CAGE 004G6, P/N SC-071414BLK/PVS-7; CAGE 0S3A4, P/N 209185-003; CAGE 55311, P/N 209185-003; and CAGE 65534, P/N A3140670. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 44 DARO. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated February 22, 2010, Surge and Sustainment is applicable for this NSN and the MWR quantity is 70. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is not applicable and offerors will be required to provide pricing and delivery for the base year and each option period. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on February 22, 2010. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 612 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 153 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost or Pricing Data is required. EEO Clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on February 24, 2010. Solicitation issue date is March 11, 2010. Solicitation closing date is April 12, 2010. The estimated award date is May 14, 2010.
