- The 48th contracting squadron will include with this contract base logistical support if the contractor is eligible. Eligibility is determined to be; US based companies with an American citizen working overseas. The worker will become ineligible if they are employed elsewhere in addition to the contracted work. If this addition to the solicitation affects the proposed prices of offerors who have submitted timely quotes, then the offerors have 24 hrs to update their quote and resubmit.
