- Notice of intent to award a sole source modification to extend the contract period from 1 Mar 2010 to 31 July 2010 with monthly options through 30 Sep 2010. This contract provides base operations support services for the US Government at Moron ABS and Zaragoza AB in Spain. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated cost of the modification is between $11.5 million and 57 million. The justification for other than full and open competition will be posted on approval
