- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: W912P8-09-D-0007, URS Group, Inc. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a firm fixed price task order for identification and formulation of compensatory mitigation opportunities in the Sunrise River Watershed in Minnesota. This task order will be awarded against an existing Indefinite Delivery Contract, which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect/Engineer, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.
