- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: GSA SCHEDULE 23 V, SIN 271-101 Furnish and deliver to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Hop Brook Lake Project Office, 4 Straits Turnpike, Middlebury, CT, one (1) new and unused Agricultural Tractor Type Four Wheel Drive, Diesel Powered (with cold weather starting aid) Backhoe /Loader similar or equal to an industrial model John Deere 310SJ with options as indicated in the specifications. Included also will be a trade-in of a 1989 Ford Tractor/Loader, Model 545C with four wheel drive.
