- MEMORANDUM FOR PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS SUBJECT: Request for Proposal SP0600-10-R-0808 DATE: 22 Feb 2010 RE: Question & Answers 1. Vendor Question: Would it be possible to obtain a list of responders to the sources sought notice (SP060010R0808) for the Privatization of utilities at Dover AFB? Government Response: The Government will not provide a list of the responders for the Sources Sought Notice. Perspective offerors are welcome and encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. 2. Vendor Question: Do you anticipate a pre-proposal meeting with a sign-in sheet? Government Response: Yes. 3. Vendor Question: Do you have a timeline for the acquisition? Government Response: Interested parties are encouraged to monitor Fed Biz Ops on a regular basis as all notifications and postings regarding the solicitation will be made available via this public venue. Our objective is to post the RFP sometime in the March timeframe. 4. Vendor Question: Are you the Point of Contact for other DoD utility privatization solicitations for which we could get the same information? Government Response: No. Point of Contact (s)for other DoD utility privatization solicitations are contained in each solicitation. Thank you for your continued interest in DESC procurements.
