- REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, requests Security /Maintenance Services to BIA Truxton Canon Agency offices located in various areas of orthern Arizona. Solicitation No. RMH00100028 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). REQUIREMENT: Security /Maintenance Services - The contractor shall furnish the necessary labor, supplies/materials, personnel, transportation, and any incidentals to perform Communication repair and maintenance services as stated in the solicitation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Tentative award will be from March 1, 2010, through September 30, 2010. Award will be made on the base year plus possible four year options. ISSUE DATE: 02/22/2010. CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES IS 02/25/2010, COB (4:30 PM Local Time), and may be emailed to Doris.Hyeoma@bia.gov or faxed to (602) 379-6763. A completed copy of the provision 52.212-03, Offeror Representations and Certifications, must be submitted with offer. Reference solicitation package. All offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
