Description

RECOVERY TAS::14 1035::TAS Project Number 58054-Replace the HVAC System at the Chancellorsville Visitor Center; 130546-Replace HVAC Components in two historic structures; 49307-Replace and Upgrade HVAC Systems in multiple historic facilities (multiple projects); and 17168-Install Fire Suppression and Detection System at the historic Jackson Shrine. This is a National Park Service project awarded and administered by USFWS. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE EASTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc., MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009. This ARRA Project will consist of improvements on existing facilities at the Chancellorsville Visitor Center in Spotsylvania, VA and the Jackson Shrine in Caroline County, VA., specifically HVAC replacement and upgrade and the installation of fire suppression and detection system.
