- THE SOLICITATION WILL BE PROCURED VIA A SOLE SOURCE NEGOTIATION. NO FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED. PROJECT DETAILS: This project is located 13 miles Northeast of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, on East Fork Road. The length of the project is 800 feet. The project is to be bid in two schedules. Schedule A consists of subexcavation, select granular backfill, biaxial geogrid, roadway underdrain and roadway aggregate. Schedule B consists of the work included in Schedule A plus the following items for landslide stabilization: •Horizontal drain pipe, 19200 lineal feet and collector system, 1300 lineal feet •Interceptor trench underdrain, 3000 lineal feet •Special rock embankment, 280 cubic yards It is anticipated that this project will be advertised in early March 2010 with construction beginning mid May, 2010 and extending 40 to 60 days. Estimated cost $1.25 to $2.25 million
