- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision of painting projects on Mountain Home AFB Idaho. Work consists of, but is not limited to: surface preparation, interior, exterior painting of buildings, towers, slump block, CMU and other base structures. The performance period for this project is one basic year and four option years. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price trade-off procedures resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past performance is significantly more important than price. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. Offerors shall submit proposals that can be accepted solely on the basis of the initial offer, as the government may proceed with award of a contract without further discussion. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically o/a 21 Apr 10. Solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.FedBizOpps.gov or www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available. The NAICS code is 238320; size standard $14 million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation is unrestricted.
