- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It will take place at the Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse at 320 6 th Street in Sioux City, IA. The procurement was solicited under the CMc IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contract for the State of Nebraska (including the cities of Council Bluffs and Sioux City, Iowa). The proposed procurement was awarded to Boyd Jones Construction on 2/22/10 in the amount of $1,713,500.00. The Federal Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and A/C). The size standard is 14.0 Million. With this project, GSA is procuring retro-commissioning services and installing high energy efficient HVAC and lighting upgrades at the Sioux City, Iowa U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building. Various scope items will be identified by the retro-commissioning report and ranked based on building need, energy and water conservation and payback potential.
