- The WNY VA Medical Center has a requirement to provide all supervision, labor, materials and tools necessary to provide a support structure for the electronic marquee outside of Building 1 at the VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo New York 14215. All relevant NFPA, NEC, OSHA, ANSI, ASHRAE, and all State and local codes shall apply. This requirement will be solicited via RFP VA-528-10-RP-0096 that is to be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about 2/24/2010 and will be posted as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside.
