- Description
- This notice is for Project No. 623-10-005, Replace Toilets in 5E Inpatient Behavioral Medicine, at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, Muskogee, OK. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). All SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. If your firm is not legally designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, you are not eligible to bid on this project. This procurement is classified under NAICS Code 238220 and has a size standard of $14.0 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work for this requirement consists of general construction, demolition, and mechanical work to remove existing wall mounted toilets on 5 East Building 53 and install floor mounted toilets with concealed flush valves as required by project drawings and specifications. All work shall comply with local and state codes. Construction duration is 126 days. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 25 March 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Only bidders attending the mandatory site visit will be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Specifications and drawings will be uploaded on or about March 12, 2010. Specifications and plans will be available for download from the fedbizopps site http://fbo.gov. Amendments to this solicitation will be posted at the fedbizopps website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps to Receive Notification of amendments. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing of the response time.
