- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 5 is seeking a contractor to conduct an Announced Continuous Readiness Assessment Joint Commission (VC) Survey and/or Education for the purpose of performance improvement, improving system effectiveness, and achieving and maintaining compliance with JC standards for the VISN 5 medical centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). It is anticipated that a Request for Quotations will be issued within the next 15 days. Contract award is anticipated for April 1, 2010 with a period of performance through September 30, 2010. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and size standard is $7M. Responders should identify if they are a small business or small disadvantaged business concern, based on this NAICS code. A general statement of work is provided as an attachment to this notice. Please submit expressions of interest in your own format to include documentation of corporate capabilities in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Please ensure responses do not exceed ten (10) pages. Since this is a Sources Sought Announcement, no evaluation letters will be issued to the participants. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The due date for submission of this information is 3:00 PM (locate time) on Thursday, March 4, 2010.
