- Description
- A firm fixed price (FFP) contract has been awarded to Navigant Consulting, Inc., located at 30 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60606 in response to solicitation number W912HZ-09-BAA03, Topic 4-1, Energy Security Assessments and Islanding Methodologies. The principal objective of this project is to review applicable anti-terrorism/force protection procedures and assess the impact of islanding actions on these plans; develop a model to estimate the economic impact on the installation and the community for various energy supply constraint scenarios; and conduct an audit at a single installation to test the draft self audit and evaluation criteria. The period of performance will be 18 months commencing on 24 February 2010.
