- A firm fixed-price (FFP) contract has been awarded to The Pertan Group located at 44 East Main Street, Suite 403, Champaign, IL 61820 in response to solicitation number W912HZ-09-BAA03, Topic 4-1, Energy Security Assessments and Islanding Methodologies. The principal objective of this project is to develop, validate and demonstrate an Army Installation Energy Security Assessment Procedure that can be universally applied to DoD installations with varying missions and environments. The period of performance will be eighteen (18) months commencing on 24 February 2010.
