- THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. Provide and Install/Set Several Precast Concrete Vault Toilets in Pre-excavated Holes at Several Sites on the Kaibab National Forest. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors who are holders of Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) established by the US Forest Service pursuant to FAR 8.404(a). The project consist of providing and installing/setting several precast concrete vault toilets in pre-excavated holes at several sites on the Kaibab National Forest. The project location is the Kaibab National Forests. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for this effort.
