- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS30178 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 335311 Power, Distribution and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, and the size standard is 750 Employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for 10 ea ABB Potential Transformers. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due March 02, 2010 by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3110), P.O.
