- RECOVERY - RED KNOLLS WATER DIVERSION PROJECT - The Bureau of Land Management issoliciting bids to construct a diversion structure and thereby divert surface water flowing toward Red Knolls to a location where it will cause the least amount of erosion to the Red Knolls Hill and the geological feature known as Red KnollsAmphitheater. The project site is located in Graham County Arizona, and is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is funded from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. As such, the contractor shall agree to submit timely Recovery Act reporting as part of its performance under this contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-11. In addition, the contractor agrees to meet the requirements of the Buy American Act in accordance with FAR Clause 52.225-21.
