- RECOVERY - LA POSA LTVA CONTACT STATIONS SOLAR POWER INSTALLATION - The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting bids to provide and install four 2400 grid-tied photovoltaic solar power installations to serve four contact stations located in the La Posa Long-Term Visitor Area, near Quartzite, AZ, in La Paz County, and Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply. This project is funded from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. As such, it is subject to specific quarterly reporting and Buy American Act requirements to be met by the contractor. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 221119, with a size standard of $4 million annually. This project is a total small business set-aside, with an estimated magnitude of between $100,000 and $250,000. A firm-fixed price award is anticipated.
