- The purpose of this amendment is to change the distance requirement of within 30 miles of Picatinny, NJ, to within one hour of Picatinny, NJ. In addition, the following are questions and answers regarding this notice: Contractor Question 1: Can I get an approximate amount or square foot estimate of the materials that we would store in warehouse?Government Response: Approximately 250 sq ft but some items are of unusual shape (carpet roll, padding roll) Contractor Question 2: An approximate number of tradeshows or events that would be covered in a year?Government Response: 2-3 off-post trade shows in various locations. This is not a guarantee and depends on which shows Picatinny decides to attend. Also there are 4-6 on-post events. Contractor Question 3: There is mention of supplementing or upgrading the displays, is there any way to estimate the age or condition of the existing display components?Government Response: Booth is approximately 5 years old and is still in good/very good condition. All other terms and conditions of this notice remain unchanged.
