- NSN 1560-01-568-8908, PR: 0023111205. Item: Foam Segment, Explosive, P/N: 160D217005-1. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: L-3 Crestview Aerospace (Cage 23974) P/N: 160D217005-1; Thermal Structures (Cage 54787) P/N: 160D217005-1. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is an unrestricted acquisition and sole source to L-3 Crestview Aerospace. Any manufacturer, other than L-3 Crestview Aerospace (Cage 23974) P/N: 160D217005-1; Thermal Structures (Cage 54787) P/N: 160D217005-1, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 36 each. This item is subject to Critical Application Item and Configuration Control. FOB is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) may apply: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be March 10, 2010 with a closing date of April 12,2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
