- Rain Errosion Resistance Kit GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for several National Stock Numbers (NSN's). The SPQ period will be 03/03/2010 (or date of award) to 03/03/2011 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
