- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole-Source contract to TOPAC DE PUERTO RICO INC. d/b/a TOSHIBA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS-PR, Metro Office Park # 6, Guaynabo PR 00968, to renew the existing lease and maintenance of twenty-four (24) existing copiers for 12 months at the following locations: Fourteen (14) at this location IRS 7 Tabonuco Street, Guaynabo, PR 00968, Room (s), 100A, 113,114,204,220,240,405,409,509,514,609,614,708,723, Two (2) at this location IRS – City View Plaza, 48 Carr 165, Suite 2000, Guaynabo, PR 00968 Two (2) at this location IRS - Mercantil Plaza, San Juan, PR 00918 – Room (s) 908, 914 One (1) at the following locations IRS - 1485 Miguel Pan Blvd. Ponce, PR 00717 IRS – 475 Hostos Avenue, Suite 207 Mayaquez, PR 00680 IRS – Fed Bldg, St. Thomas, VI 00803, Room, 216 IRS 8000 Nisky Center St. Thomas, VI 00802 IRS St. Croix, Federal Bldg, Christiansted, VI 00820 IRS, Hamilton House, 56 King St. Christiansted, St. Croix, VI 00820 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 12. The notice of intent is not a request for quote. It is more advantageous to the Government; a sole-source award will be made to TOPAC DE PUERTO RICO INC. d/b/a TOSHIBA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS-PR.
