- Description
- The Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) West, Alameda, CA proposes to contract for pest control services for the Coast Guard Base Services Unit, Honolulu, HI. The estimated base contract performance period is 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011, with four (4) one-year option years. The acquisition is restricted to small business concerns which have the demonstrated capabilities to provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, products, equipment, and transportation to provide pest control services. A competitive small business set-aside is anticipated. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 561710 (exterminating and pest control services) with a size standard of $6 million. Small Business concerns which have the interest in and capabilities to perform the required services must respond in accordance with the Request for Proposal, scheduled to be posted at http://fedbizopps.gov. The procurement will be a commercial FAR Part 12 acquisition using FAR Part 13.5 procedures. Price, past performance and experience, and financial information will be required. Past performance must include information demonstrating the company's capabilities to satisfactorily perform similar services. Proposals must conform to all requirements. All amendments to the RFQ will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above.
