- RECOVERY-POSEY WATER WELL CONSTRUCTION. The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office, intends to solicit: quotes for goods for services for Posey Water Well Construction. Contractors may provide certification and representation information (available on-line at: https://orca.bpn.gov), and shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR-www.gov) and fedconnect.net prior to award. This requirement is a small business set-aside for: Posey Water Well Construction with a dollar magnitude between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 dollars. The small business determination is based on the NAICS Code: 237110, Drilling Water Wells. A firm fixed price award is anticipated. Davis Bacon Wage Determinations will apply to this and any award issued from this solicitation. In accordance with attached Statement of Work, contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipmet for Posey Water Well Construction. Service to be completed within 210 calendar days after award. A site tour has been planned for March 5, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Please meet at the Subway Restaurant in Bowie, Arizona.
