- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WITH A VALID ID/IQ CONTRACT. THIS IS ONLY A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, AND THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PROVIDED. THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO THE EXISTING ID/IQ CONTRACT HOLDERS. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office requires a vendor to initiate and complete an Environmental Assessment to analyze pesticide use and treatment for grasshoppers and Mormon crickets on BLM lands in Wyoming. The analysis area includes three BLM districts in Wyoming. The vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to prepare the document itself, compilation of the administrative record, preparation of the Decision Record and associated draft Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI), as per BLM standards. The period of performance is date of award through completion on or about June 1, 2010. The BLM anticipates making a single firm fixed price award to the offeror who provides the best value to the government. This pre-solicitation serves to give notice to the public that the requirement is forthcoming and vendors with the appropriate ID/IQ contract will have the opportunity to provide quotes.
