- Description
- This project is located on the Western Divide Ranger District of the Sequoia National Forest. Work consists of cutting down hazard trees along designated roads. The desired end result for this project is to remove the threat of hazardous trees to public safety. The Contractor shall achieve this objective by cutting down trees, bucking and limbing the cut trees, moving the boles of the trees to designated disposal sites, and piling all slash and debris. The estimated contract time is 40 calendar days. Estimated start work date is June 21, 2010. The solicitation issue date will be approximately March 10, 2010 with a closing date of approximately April 9, 2010. Note: Since the synopsis response date is estimated, it could differ from actual close date listed on solicitation when posted. The solicitation close date will always take precedence.
